Warmtepomp Waterkotte A1 storing

Hi!

First of all sorry for writing this message in english but if I write it in dutch you will probably not understand as it is terrible!

I bought a house with a warmtepomp waterkotte A1, and I am making the maintenance every year, inclusive, last one was end of September this year.

Today arrived home from work and wifey said there is no hot water.
Checked the warmtepomp and have the error below:



Now, with Christmas incoming and family coming to visit, it is not the best timing...
Any help? Anything I can do to fix this? Or....
