First of all, sorry for the English, still learning Dutch but not close to writing it, you can still write in Dutch and I'll translate it (and also if it's not allowed to post in English my bad)
TLDR - 15k loan (+ a bit of own savings) for energy improvement of a energy label C house with a 20 years old cv ketel (can't just use the loan for new cv ketel, has to be heat pump. as far as I understand at least), serviceable roof insulation, good wall insulation, great windows, no floor insulation (but can't do underfloor insulation as it's less than 50cm crawl space, and it's a concrete base with tiles so it will cost a lot to rip those out and place anything) and want to know what are my best options now - too many quotes for different things.
We are buying our first home, and we are getting around 15k specifically for energy improvements. before that I never knew anything about this topic at all, and now I feel like I am in this blackhole of new knowledge and I've been trying to read a lot here but decided to also just ask -
the house is a terraced house, that has good walls insulation, great windows, no floor insulation (and hard to change that, it's a concrete base it seems that has less than 50cm clearance from the ground) and serviceable roof insulation. the house is labeled as C, and the main thing that I thought about changing was the cv ketel, since it's already 20 years old next year BUT it seems I can't use the energy loan for cv ketel alone, as it's for heat pumps, so it sounds like only all in one hybrid heat pumps are an option (or maybe not?), don't have good placements for solar panels as well and the house has only radiators now with no underfloor heating.
We are coming from a rental house with A label where we used not a lot of gas (around 350 for 2 people) and we keep the house at 19.5 max, other gas is used for cooking currently. We don't know yet how much it will be in the new house since we are only moving in around mid February but my thought was that I can at least have a contract closed before end of 2024 to get the subsidy of that year but I truly don't know what is the next logical step in using the funds, I don't like the idea of having a 20 years old boiler but maybe it's ok and I can focus the funds now on insulation projects? any help would do, sorry for the long rant..
