De command line opdracht ontbreekt in je post.

Als je dnf5 gebruik lijkt het op dit probleem.

Misschien kun je dan eerst geforceerd dnf5 updaten? Voer je de update uit als root?

Ik gebruik geen Fedora, maar ik vraag me af of dit werkt: dnf upgrade dnf5 met of zonder --refresh.
