I wish to pass my deepest condolences to the American people. The events of today are something the world should not have witnessed. My heart goes out to those who have lost people on the four downed aircraft today, as well as those in the buildings of the World Trade Centre & the Pentagon. I wish the workers in NYC and Washington good luck in their rescue operations, and also good luck to the hospitals around the area. The most important factor now is the response. A war which could engulf the entire world, and that is not the way forward.
I pray for the well being of all the people of the world, and hope that the people who caused this loss of life pay the full price, and that justice will be done.
Today has been our darkest hour in modern history.
