Hello! I'm having a rather odd problem, and I'm at my wit's end:

I'm working as a graphic designer for a company, and I'm currently also managing the social media. I have full access to the business profile as a user (my email has been added), which means I'm logged in through my personal account that has been granted access. The marketing manager who gave me that access is no longer working for our company. She had access through another method, where you give full access to an existing profile without adding them through e-mail. Before she left, she asked me to remove her from that access.

The company recently hired an external company to handle our marketing and communication, and they're now asking to be added in the same way our former marketing manager was connected—by adding their profile. I tried adding them, but Facebook is asking for a password. Since I'm connected via my own private profile, I never knew that password. I've asked everyone who has been involved with our social media, but there's no record of any e-mail or password connected to our business profile. I'm at a loss because I can't even request a password reset.

The only lead I have is one profile that appears under "connected profiles with full access", but we cannot figure out which e-mail it was created with. Trying to find this profile as a standalone account yields no success, and none of our standard e-mails seem to be connected to any profile on Facebook. Attempting to contact Facebook support sends me in circles, and I always end up at my private profile, where I don't need help.

Does anyone know how I can figure out the e-mail connected to this business profile?

So for starters i don't think anyone can help or has an answer to this. It's Facebook's machine, no one can legally reverse engineer the email address (to my knowledge.)
