Hello, I have a problem with a newly assembled PC, namely, the computer turns on normally, but when I want to restart it, it does not display the image, after holding the power button and turning it off and on again, it starts normally and everything works in games, I tested my specifications and I will add that this case does not have a button reset

How is your screen connected to the graphics card, with an hdmi cable or via DisplayPort?
If the latter is then case, then try an hdmi cable and see if the problem persist.
