How to fix cords on plissé deurhor?

I have a plissé deurhor which worked great until the box at the end of the cord came loose and now I can't get it to be tight and roll back properly.

There are 5 different strings, with the 2 at the top and bottom much longer than the middle 3. They are all tied off at the end with a ring to keep it on.

Does anyone have a similar door and knows how the stings are meant to be? Do some need to be tied together and they broke?

The company doesn't provide any useful documents on this subject.
