Hallo, hieronder mijn probleem in het Engels. Snapt iemand dit probleem?

After much trial and error, I was finally able to replace my old Netatmo by a Modulating Netatmo on my Vaillant Ecotec Plus VC 306/5-5 (E-BE)R6. This required the separate VR33 module, which I installed. The heating with the valves works. However, since day 2, the streaming water temperature decreased, and now it's at 29deg C. I can clearly see on the Ecotec display that it should be 50 deg C, but it shows around 30.
The Netatmo green relais light stays on permanently, but the Ecotec shows a blinking hourglass next to the temperature indication on screen. The manual pdf shows that the hourglas is a burner waiting time indicator, which exists to avoid the frequent turn on and off of the burner, which decreases lifespan.
There is one complication: ever since its initial installation, a 500L buffer vat is coupled to the burner. The buffer vat gets heated by the heating water circuit. Maybe that doesn't get to 50 deg C anymore given the modulations?
Now what I don't understand is that initially we had a modulating Vaillant thermostat, and that modulation wasn't a problem. Why is it now?
What to do to be able to get a warm shower again?
Thanks
