PC Build Budget: ~1250

Hi!

I'm planning on putting together this pc with a budget of around 1250 euros. My primary goals are good performance on software and games. I know this is a bit of a topic, as the line of "good performance" is completely subjective, but I'd like to at least be able to play most games on 60 fps. I have a monitor that can handle more, but this is the minimum requirement for me.

Actually putting the pc together will not be a problem as I have plenty of friends that have built their own pc's in the past. They recommended me to ask here before buying any parts, and I thought that would be a great idea.

I'm posting this topic purely to see if there is anyone who thinks my composition might be a bad idea for one reason or another. I should also state that I'm not interested in Nvidia GPUs (Purely because of linux compatibility horrors I've encountered in the past). I should also mention that I'm not particularly interested in overclocking.

I'd love to hear your opinion!

You can save some money on the motherboard without losing much, if anything, in terms of features

I'd get a case with a bit better airflow. The GPU you selected is not that power hungry, but it's power hungry enough to warrant more airflow than a mostly closed box can provide efficiently, so a mesh front panel is quite useful in this case.
