SMART TV OLED 55" - LG OLED55B36LA, OLED 4K.
Opening outlook live mail is a problem on this smart tv.
I have no problems logging into outlook webmail on my windows11 desktop pc and android phone on the same network(wifi or cable).
A few times I was able to log in to my microsoft mail account successfully and was able to read and scroll through my emails.
Most of the times however 'the page is not available' pops up, after inserting my email address and password.
Sometimes the window with the dynamic blue envelope, just before opening the inbox, appears, but it hangs and nothing happens, sporadically it opens successfully.
I've emptied the cash and updated the software, to no avail.
Would appreciate some help.
