Hi,
I have an older model Bosch Maxx 6 Exclusiv washing machine (WAE32490NL) and while attempting to clean the filter, I noticed the pump cap (not sure about name, the round thing at the bottom right you turn and take out to remove coins/hair etc) was stuck. It turned a quarter turn and nothing more. It's like it's glued shut, and it has never done this before. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting it open?
I am not very handy so moving the machine to take panels etc apart is not an option unfortunately. All videos online show newer models with different types of pump caps that turn easily, so not applicable. The handle on my pump cap is quite small and already cracked a bit from trying to get it open.
I can't seem to attach pictures, but any help will be appreciated. Responses in Dutch are welcome!!
Thank you!
