Update van panelen ivm delaminatie - andere omvormer of niet

Ik heb mijn complete dak (Oost/West) vol liggen met panelen van Exasun. De X-Roof om precies te zijn en daar vernam ik al wat langer witte 'lijntjes' langs de zijkanten. Na wat inspectie bleek er toch wel degelijk wat water langs de randen in te trekken en op sommige plekken begon dit al dicht bij de cellen te komen.

Een paar jaar terug voor deze configuratie gekozen:

Na contact met de fabrikant besloten om alles te vervangen voor hun nieuwe paneel, maarrrr... dit paneel heeft een andere formaat, andere opbrengst en andere voltages. Dus het wordt qua plaatsing op het dak sowieso een karwei, omdat we het dak passend gemaakt hebben op de vorige panelen bij de verbouwing, maar qua omvormer moet ik ook even kijken wat handig is.
De nieuwe panelen: XR036H-111BK-B, hebben namelijk deze specs:
Nominaal vermogen: 111,00 Wp
MPP-spanning: 21,00 V
MPP-stroom: 5,30 A
Nullastspanning: 25,20 V
Kortsluitstroom: 5,60 A
Toegestane systeemspanning: 1000,00 V
Rendement PV-paneel (STC): 20,27 %

Waar de vorige panelen deze waarden hadden:
Nominaal vermogen: 80,00 Wp
MPP-spanning: 8,20 V
MPP-stroom: 9,70 A
Nullastspanning: 10,10 V
Kortsluitstroom: 10,30 A
Toegestane systeemspanning: 1000,00 V
Rendement PV-paneel (STC): 19,51 %

Ik kon met een Sunny Tripower (STP8.0-3AV-40) dus goed wegkomen, maar op dit moment wordt de string te lang wanneer ik met 1 string per dakvlak werk. Nu kan een SMA ook met polystrings werken, waardoor ik volgens mij twee parallelle strings kan maken per dakvlak en die dan op 1 ingang van de SMA kan aansluiten. Dan adviseert SMA de nieuwere Tripower X van 12kW, maar ik zie mijn oudere Tripower er ook bij staan.

Als ik voor een zwaardere omvormer kies, zie ik niet 123 dat ik ook meer zou gaan opbrengen, dus volgens mij kan ik mijn huidige houden. Ik ben alleen benieuwd naar de meningen hier of er toch niet beter gekozen moet worden voor een zwaardere omvormer.

Mijn totaal Wp gaat van 11.200 naar 12.432 wat niet heel extreem is en mijn piekvermogen op de meest goeie dagen gaat niet over de 6500W heen. Dus ik ga ervan uit dat ik met 12.432Wp niet over het piekvermogen van 8kW heen ga van de omvormer (al kunnen die wel meer aan dan dat).

@AUijtdehaag , een stiekem bumpje. Ik weet dat jij ook met SMA werkt en deze uitleest met Node-Red. Zou je die kunnen delen?
Het uitlezen van data zou kunnen via TCP Modbus, dan heb ik alleen een Modbus configuratie nodig in Node-Red neem ik aan? En als laatste vraag, qua keuze voor omvormers.

Als ik naar Spec. energieopbrengst kijk, dan verschillen de omvormers niet zoveel. Momenteel zie ik wel dat mijn omvormer aftopt bij 8kW, dus er is meer haalbaar. Ik vraag me alleen af of een nieuwe omvormer aanschaffen en de oude verkopen een goed idee is.

Ik zou zelf neigen naar een STP10 3AV of STP10 3SE (niet helemaal duidelijk wat de verschillen zijn) in plaats van een STP 12. Dat lijkt me nogal wat overkill namelijk.

Bij de andere zul je een oplossing moeten verzinnen om 2 strings parallel te zetten. (en hebben maar 2 mppt)
Er zijn maar 3 aansluitingen (1 mpp ingang heeft maar 1 aansluiting dus parallel zetten zal je zelf wat moeten knutselen)

STP10 3AV of STP10 3SE verschil is dat de SE een hybride omvormer is, waar je later een High Voltage batterij kan toevoegen.
Ik heb een SMA Home manager 2.0 gekocht via ebay.de (405 euro + verzend naar NL/huifkar) om alvast mee te spelen. (wie weet ga ik ooit aan de hybride + batterijen)
Heb een duitse vertaalde node-red flow die hem al uitleest. In die node-red flow zit ook de SE omvormer uitlezing verwerkt.

Ja momenteel heb ik de Sunny Boy 8.0 al aangesloten met twee parallelle strings per dakvlak. Dat gaat goed en de omvormer kan dat ook aan (SMA noemt het polystrings). Alleen topt hij nu af, dus een 10kW zal dan beter zijn en kan je nu zonder btw kopen. De vraag is alleen, hoeveel meer ga ik eruit halen.
Qua accu's wil ik ook wel wat gaan proberen, alleen liever in de schuur waar de omvormer niet hangt, dus is een SE niet persee nodig denk ik.

De SMA Home Manager lijkt me ook wel wat, dan gebruik je dat voor alle domotica ipv dat je je slimme meter uitleest? Ik heb momenteel nog een 'domme' meter, dus ook geen inzicht in wat ikzelf verbruik en wanneer.

Toevallig hangen daar wel al mijn 1-fase omvormer(s) en de panelen liggen op het huis. Dus de 3-fase hybride kan daar ook.

De HM 2.0 doet eigenlijk hetzelfde als de slimme meter inderdaad.

Ik gebruik het nog voor niks. Hangt er net 2 dagen. Eerst mee spelen.
Wel maak ik gebruik van overschot zonnestroom naar warm water via een Aton power to heat.
Die heeft voorrang dan op het batterij laden. (zie plaatje teruglevering van 46 watt)
Ik heb dus slimme meter, ez3a (TA), en de HM2.0 als meters :+

Ah duidelijk. Zo'n sunny manager lijkt me wel wat, heb voorlopig toch nog geen slimme meter. En die ez3a, kende ik nog niet. Ziet er handig uit, maar heb zoiets pas nodig wanneer ik met dynamische tarieven en accu's aan de gang ga denk ik.
Ik snap nu ik aan het typen ben pas hoe de site van thomasberger werkt. Ik dacht dat die lijnen plotte van de daadwerkelijke dag en wat je maximum kon zijn met clear-sky, maar zo werkt het niet.
Ik had 7 juli gepakt, omdat dit een dag was met volle zon en dus het dichtste in de buurt kwam van een 'clear-sky' dag: https://www.thomasberger....temp_coeff2=-0.2510&max2=
Daarin zie je dat ik ongeveer 2 uur over de 8kW ga en totaal 78,610kWh zou kunnen opleveren. In real-life had ik die dag 66kWh, dus de tool is wat optimistischer denk ik.
Als ik de omvormer zet naar 10kW, dan zou ik totaal 78,934kWh opleveren. Dat is een nihil verschil.

Ook lijkt het aftoppen in HomeAssistant erger dan dat het is, omdat het echt pieken zijn die erover 'lijken' te schieten. Bij een mooie blauwe dag, zul je een parabool hebben die dus niet al te veel over de 8.0 heen gaat.

Upgraden is dan niet echt nodig zeker? En als ik graag met een sunny manager wil werken, dan kan dat ook met de huidige omvormer die ik heb.
