Company to replace ventilatierooster

The ventilatierooster in our house don't have a good noise insulation.
I would like to have them replaced by something with better noise insulation. (starting in one room). For example, with the BUVA susstream or comparable.
I asked a few ventilatie companies but nobody seems to replace those things.
What company in the Leiden area could do this?

In addition, I would like to have all the window seals checked to see if there are any other issues that let noise in. (The windows and frames themselves are pretty heavy).

You could search for a ‘aannemer’ (contractor) or ‘klusjesman’ (handyman) for a job like this. Beware that most of them have lots of work, and usually the one who don’t have bad rep. So a small job like this could be very expensive.
