I have a LG television 55UJ630V, Sonos Beam Gen 1 connected by HDMI Arc and 2x Sonos One SL connected as surround in the Sonos app.
When I play music through my phone the surround is working. However, when music is played through my LG television by the spotify app then the surround is not working. Also when using Netflix only soft sounds are coming out of the surround set.
I have searched high and low but cannot find out why the surround is not working when using my television.
Some other (maybe) relevant details:
When I play music through my television the Sonos app says to only be receiving dolby digital 2.0
When I play a serie on Netflix my Sonos app says it's receiving dolby digital 5.1 but the surround is for sure not working.
Can someone please help me out?
