Which EReaders can I use as a digital notepad?

Hi,
I recently started at uni and I quickly realized that I have to read quite a lot, so thought i'd simply get a EReader! except that there is so much choice... I would like an EReader that I could use for all the reports and stuff I need to read as well as other books and mangas in my free time. I'd also like to use it as a notepad so that I dont have to waste so much paper on writing excersises for my Kanji (which is a bit the main point). I know what I want but the sad thing isd that I don't know what it's called and where to get it for a reasonable price... so I was thinking about getting the 'Kobo Libra 2'.
My question to you guys is: does this EReader fit the description I just gave? or do you have better suggestions?

That being said. I have the Kobo Libra 2 and I won't use it for taking notes. The devices is not responsive enought for that, also the export possibilities are limited.

Normally when you are talking about taking notes with epaper ReMarkable is what you are looking for.

I believe ReMarkable is designed for exactly this purpose.
There are also E-readers that run on Android, which will give you a lot more usability. But I am unaware about note-taking capabilities on them. But they might be worth a look.

Might be good to be aware that most e-readers have a black/grey/white display, so if you want to read mangas and color is important...

If you also want to use it as a notepad, then the Kobo Libra 2 is not suitable (but, Kobo Elipsa Pack may be...)

And, as said, the Remarkable 2 tablet can also be considered - I think that one is a bit popular on universities.

Ja, Kindle Scribe is net gelanceerd. Hier staat het artikel wat Tweakers gisteren er over schreef:

Remarkable is al een langer bestaande oplossing, echter zit een deel van de functies daar achter een maandelijks abonnement.

Een andere optie is om een tablet aan te schaffen met een oled scherm erin. Zet daar dan e-book apps op, en verander de kleur naar zwart met witte letters. Daarmee beperk je de backlight effecten die het lezen erg vermoeiend maken, doordat zwarte pixels uit staan en alleen de witte pixels licht geven. En je behoud de optie om bijvoorbeeld Manga in kleur te lezen, al dan niet via je favoriete aanbieder die mogelijk niet compatible is met een specifiek merk e-Reader.
