SwissVoice G50S Communitake app

Mijn vriendin heeft een SwissVoice G50S met Android 10 Go (Senioren telefoon) voor haar verjaardag gekregen.

Een voor geinstalleerde app “CommuniTake” laat zich niet verwijderen. Hij blijft iedere keer als de telefoon uit slaapstand komt in beeld. Deze app ooit gebruiken is niet aan de orde, het gaat om een betaalde remote service.
De app instellingen om uit te zetten zijn grijs.

In de instellingen kan ik geen "apparaat beheerder" vinden.
Kortom, hoe krijg ik het verwijderd?

Zie hieronder wat de leverancier/producent schrijft.

As your customer noticed, this notification belong to Communitake Service.
Communitake Service is used by the phone to
1- Enable easy upgrades of Simple Smartphone app (Big green button shown in Simple Smartphone mode, for the senior to install new versions)
2- Allow a relative to help the user remotely, through CommuniTake Remote Care app. This app, which is embedded in the new sw, is a kind of “Team Viewer”. Premium Service users can get this feature.
CommuniTake Service was already embedded in all previous firmwares as a background service but it did not generate notifications.
It is no longer allowed to do this.
Since the last firmware upgrade, it is a “Foreground service” and the user is notified of its presence.
Unfortunately, this notification cannot be disabled.
Just ignore it

Het ergste is dat laatste, "just ignore it" dat is onmogelijk want het is bijna beeld vullend

Is terugsturen en geld terugvragen een optie?

Als ik even zoek zijn er launchers te vinden voor op Android telefoons die een standaard telefoon senior vriendelijk maken. Bijvoorbeeld: https://www.androidsis.co...-personas-mayores-gratis/
