Boot Loop Windows 10 HP Pavilion 15-eh0948nd

Mijn laptop zit sinds een Windows update in een boot loop. Het betreft een HP Pavilion 15-eh0948nd.

Wat ik al heb geprobeerd:

Wat ik wil proberen is om de windows media creation tool op mijn USB te laten opstarten bij het opstarten. Deze pakt hij echter niet, dus moet ik in de bios komen om de boot up procedure aan te passen. Hier komt ik echter niet in. Als ik de handleidingen en tips op internet volg zou ik via ESC of F10 in the Bios setup moeten komen. Echter pakt hij deze al niet.

Ook de Windows Automatic Boot loop repair werkt niet zoals het bij de eerder gedeelde link beschreven staat. Na enkele malen te herstarten krijg ik wel een scherm met automatisch herstel te zien. Deze stopt echter na een tijdje waarna de laptop daarna vrolijk weer opnieuw begint met de boot loop.

Mocht iemand mij kunnen vertellen hoe ik de BIOS setup in kan komen, dan zou ik al erg geholpen zijn.

Mocht iemand een andere oplossing voor de boot loop hebben dan hoor dat ook graag.

Probeer dit eens:

1. Turn off the Laptop;
2. Remove the Laptop from any port replicator or docking station and remove any peripherals. That includes any USB mice, keyboard or other devices;
3. Unplug the AC power adaptor from the Laptop;
4. Press and hold the Power button for 60 seconds;
5. Release the power button (the caps Lock light lights up for 2 seconds to confirm the reset), wait for 10 seconds;
6. Press the power button to turn on the Laptop.

Houd je esc of F10 ingedrukt of spam je deze? Je moet direct na het indrukken van de aan/uit-knop F10 of esc spammen.

Trouwens als je weer vanaf de USB kunt opstarten, kun je ook eens proberen om naar een vorig herstelpunt te gaan. Als ik het goed begrijp doet dit probleem zich voor, nadat je Windows geüpdatet hebt?
