Please help old desktop wont turn on

Hi guys i have a old desktop one of my Friends gave me je asked if i could Fix it but i am clueless
..

It has duelchanel ram i gues something around 4 gb Intel Pentium cpu no gpu ( the cpu ) Acer model MS-7326 motherboard
250gb hard drive

...
So heres my probleem when i plug the cable into the Outlet the pc turns automaticly on i dont have to press any buttons (kinda weird)
Cpu fan turn on HDD starts spinning but the exuast fan doesn't.... Idk why when i try switching the cpu fan header Whit the exuast fan it Just works perfectly fine.. also when i shutdown the pc Whit the power button it shuts down and when i try to start it Whit the power button it DOESN'T AHHHHH i already tried switching the ram. Reseting cMOS.
cleaned the whole pc. I fully rebuild it Ans i still have the same problem. Can any of you guys suggest me something?

And i also dont het any video output no keyboard light or response also no mouse light (lazer) ???

Gezien het feit dat je beter steenkolen-Engels praat dan Engels, vermoed ik dat je ook gewoon Nederlands kan lezen & schrijven?

Het heeft in ieder geval iets meer nut (en zin) om even exact te benoemen wat je bedoelt met bijvoorbeeld "cleaned the whole PC" want dat kan alles zijn van een wasje op 30 graden tot even een nat doekje over de power-LED.

Wat zijn de exacte "klachten" waaarom de PC aan jou gegeven is? Want op een gegeven moment zal die persoon toch echt gedacht hebben "he, elke dag heb ik <euvel>; laat ik er eens iemand naar vragen".

Haha jaa sorry voor mijn Engels ... Nou als ik de stekker erin doe gaat ie aan en krijg geen beeld of iets ook geen muis input en output cpu fan draait HDD ook maar gwn geen beeld als ik hem uit zet dan gaat ie ook niet meer aan moet dan zoon 1-2 uur wachten....

Kan je je startpost aanpassen naar Nederlands?
