New pc starts but no display

Hi I made my first pc build but I'm currently stuck.

 

Everything is starting up but my monitor gives a no signal and keyboard and mouse don't Light up. Video and specs supplied down below

En wat heb je er zelf al aan gedaan, opgezocht en gevonden en wat was daar niet duidelijk? Op welk punt loop je vast?
