CoD Cold War kan niet installeren op PS5

Ik heb problemen met het installeren en spelen van CoD Cold War op mijn PS5. Het probleem doet zich voor bij installatie pogingen van een fysiek exemplaar.

Na aanschaf heb ik meerdere malen geprobeerd de game te installeren. De game-inhoud werd gekopieerd en de update (versie 1.025.000) werd gedownload. Omdat het enige tijd duurde, controleerde ik de ochtend erna om erachter te komen dat de update niet kon worden geïnstalleerd (foutcode CE-107857-8). De game vervolgens verwijderd via het menu, en weer geprobeerd te installeren - met hetzelfde resultaat.

Toen dacht ik dat ik wellicht niet genoeg opslag ruimte had, dus ruimde ik de harde schijf op totdat ik ~500GB vrije ruimte had. Spel verwijderd en opnieuw geprobeerd te installeren - zonder succes.

Nadat ik had opgezocht wat de foutcode betekende, heb ik een aantal oplossingen gevonden die ik heb geprobeerd:

• licenties herstellen

• installeren zonder internetverbinding en pas de update laten zoeken en downloaden als het spel is geïnstalleerd

Beide opties geprobeerd, met opnieuw installeren, maar zonder succes.

Als ik de game probeer te spelen terwijl de update nog aan het downloaden is, kan ik geen verbinding maken met de servers en kan ik de campagnemodus niet spelen - er staat dat deze niet is geïnstalleerd.

Heeft iemand een idee hoe ik dit probleem op kan lossen?

Applicatiefout. Er is een probleem opgetreden bij het laden van de applicatie.

Werk de systeemsoftware bij naar de nieuwste versie.

• Start your PS5 in Safe Mode.

• Select option 5, “Rebuild Database”.
• Wait for the PS5 to reboot.
• Download two more or games.
• Those games should now download without issue.
• Install a physical game (if you have one).
• The game should install and play without issue.

Restore License
Close all software and go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.

Re-enable Sharing and online play
Close all software and go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > disable then re-enable console sharing and online play.

Restart your console:
Turn off your console and then turn it back on.
Check PS4 and PS5 system software update

PlayStation 5

First, make sure your PS5 is connected to the internet, and go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software.
Clear your PS4 and PS5 cache.
Follow the steps below to Clear the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 cache.

Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.
Select “Turn Off PS4”.
Let the PS4 fully power down and wait for 10 to 20 seconds.
Restart the PlayStation 4.
A future console firmware update will fix the PS4 and PS5 error code CE-107857-8 issue.


Misschien iets wat ik ook voorbij zag komen.

Verwijder de game
Clear the PS5 cache
Rebuilt database.

Dit allemaal met de internet kabel eruit.

Druk de cd van de game en install het.. Probeer hetr dan te spelen. Werkt het , plug dan het internet weer terug

Thanks Stronkie! Vandaag heb ik drie dingen gedaan:
1) de cache geleegd
2) de database rebuild in safe mode
3) de game opnieuw geïnstalleerd en de nieuwe update (versie 1.026.000) gedownload en geïnstalleerd
En alles werkt zoals het moet horen!

Welke van de drie handelingen nu uiteindelijk tot de oplossing heeft geleid weet ik niet, maar ik ben blij dat alles werkt!
