need some help here..... i have a small budget and looking at either

MSI GeForce RTX 3080 GAMING Z TRIO 10G
MSI Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming X Trio 16G


My current GPU is very old 1060 RTX.....
Its dying, crashing on games now

What would you get from the above 2 or is there something else have around 1500 euro budget
Also the above 2 are in stock and available to ship

En waar heb je minstens 180W extra aan voeding "bedacht"; dat is ongeveer het verschil tussen een 1060 en 6800. Daarnaast zal je ongetwijfeld nog meer verstoken doordat je ook een nieuwere CPU hebt gekocht.

Dus, de key zit misschien wel eerst in het posten van je volledige setup (waaronder je exacte PSU) voordat het zomaar slim is om er nog even 180W extra tegenaan te prikken als nieuwe GPU.

12 jaar oud! Vervang die maar want met je huidige videokaart is die al niet betrouwbaar meer. Kan zomaar zijn dat die voeding de oorzaak is van een crashende GTX 1060.

Ik denk dat het met de huidige tijden en prijzen dan verstandiger is om te wachten, gezien videokaarten nu meer kosten dan normaal zou moeten. Tenzij je echt niet anders kan zou ik dan iets kopen, maar zou ik zeker geen top of the line pakken, als ik eerlijk ben. Nu iets goedkopers pakken, zodat je nu in elk geval vooruit kan. Wanneer de prijzen dan zakken (of gezakt zijn) dan lekker toeslaan.

Ook mis ik een hoop eigen inzet.
