PC not turning on after connecting RTX3080ti only ram light

Hello i'm new here and i just build my own pc, but im running into some problems.

I just installed a new gpu in my system, i connected 2 pcei 8 + 6+2 pin cables to the gpu from the psu ( 2 diffrent psu ports pcei).

When i start the computer, it won't turn on. Only the ram sticks light up, no fans spinning and i cannot turn them off by holding the power button.

Now i tried 1 pcei cable with 8 pins to psu and 2 connections with 6+2 pins to gpu. Now the pc turns on but wont display all my monitors because of power lack.


I bought 2 new cables 8 + 6+2 pins. And tried again with the same problem happening, only RAM lightning.


My question.. how could i solve this problem?


Setup:

MB: Aorus elite x570

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080ti

RAM: 2x 8gb corsair DDR4 3600mhz

PSU: Corsair RM850

SSD's: 1tb Samsung 980 pro + sata 260gb + 1tb HDD.

Fans: Corsair A500 cpu cooler + 6 corsair 120mm Rgb fans.
