Mijn vraag
Mijn vergrendelingsscherm gaat al na 1 minuut aan.

Relevante software en hardware die ik gebruik
Windows 10 - 20H2

Wat ik al gevonden of geprobeerd heb
- via config scherm schermtijd aangepast
- Change Windows 10 Lock Screen Timeout Setting within Power Options
- register aangepast

Is dat op je privé PC/laptop of die van het werk?

Welke regkey heb je aangepast? Ik kom deze tegen:

was set to 60. Changed it to 900, rebooted and is now working.

ik heb de aanpassing gedaan zoals vermeld maar helaas geen effect.
Inmiddels meerdere pogingen gewaagd maar geen enkel resultaat, helaas.

Ik werk (prive) op een oudere I7 - 4770 met 16 gb en SSD. Win10 werkt uitstekend en razend snel maar dat vergrendelscherm is erg irritant. Wellicht haal ik mijn password er maar weer af.

after 2 minutes of inactivity display goes blank requiring "enter" to get lock screen . I must always move my mouse to stay "active." Can't seem to find a solution online that works.

Answer:
The setting to fix this is "System unattended sleep timeout" in advanced power settings. (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings > change advanced power settings).

However this setting is hidden because Microsoft wants waste our time and make our lives miserable.

To un-hide it, you need to change a registry attribute value data from 1 to 2 at the following registry path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Power > PowerSettings > 238C9FA8-0AAD-41ED-83F4-97BE242C8F20 > 7bc4a2f9-d8fc-4469-b07b-33eb785aaca0

Full instructions:

windows key + R
type regedit and hit enter
click Yes if asked
on registry editor - ctrl+F
search for 7bc4a2f9-d8fc-4469-b07b-33eb785aaca0
wait, can take a while to find
when found, double click attributes on the right pane
change value data to 2
hit ok, close registry editor.
Right click the start button > power options > Additional power settings > Change Plan Settings > change advanced power settings
expand Sleep
expand System unattended sleep timeout
change both values to zero for never or set your preferred value.

Helaas blijft mijn scherm op de vergrendelstand springen, ook na rebooten.

Bedankt voor alle tips, ik blijf verder zoeken.

Als je er niet uit komt kun je herstellen proberen. Als niks helpt W10 herinstalleren.

Windows Herstelpunt terugzetten naar een moment waar het probleem zich nog niet voordeed, in het geval je herstelpunten aanmaakt (op W10 runnen in Safe Mode).
