Updates CPU ratio table to support ratios 13 and 14.
Gaat ff om dat laatste. In de gebruiksaanwijzingen staan alleen de dipswitch combo's tot 12.5x. Weet iemand welke combo's voor 13 en 14 gebruikt worden?
