b450 tomahawk \ missing kernel or damaged

ik plaats het hier ook ff snel van daar dat het in het engels is ik hoop dat dat niet erg is

when I start my pc i get a bleu screen that says that my kernel is missing or damaged,
I tried to start with a usbstick with mediacreationtools installed on it. but that wont work because I get an orange screen with whit stripes on it.

the thing I tried
My ssd is working fine. I connected it with my laptop.
I tried an other usb slot and an other ubs stick.
I tried putting my video card in a different psi slot but I still get the orange with whit screen.
I have tried an other video card but I still got the orange screen.
I tested my power supply with a multimeter and it was good

bios ver: E7C02AMS.350
bios build date : 1/01/2019
