Video playback issue

Hi,

I am trying to watch some 4K HDR movies from my NAS 1 (see specs and settings below) on a LG Electronics.(LG) webOS TV OLED65C8PLA and I always get the error message "The file cannot be recognized. Returning to list".

While if I do the exact same attempt, with the same file on my NAS 2 (see specs and settings below) it works flawlessly.

The file size displayed by NAS 2 is 70GB, the same file is displayed by NAS 1 as 5GB.

I use the LG video player application that comes with the LG TV, nothing else.


Any Ideea on what to do to have the NAS 1 working the sames like NAS 2?

In het verleden kon je gewoon Nederlands dus het getuigt niet echt van veel inzet door een post die je ongetwijfeld ook op een Engels talig forum heb gezet (en wat natuurlijk helemaal prima is) ook hier te posten. Tweakers is nog steeds Nederlandstalig dus als je die taak machtig bent is het de bedoeling dat ook in die taal te posten.

Overigens mis ik ook de stappen die je zelf hebt genomen. Die kan je in je nieuwe topicstart meteen toevoegen.
