Gameplay screen recording
Light video editing.
Adobe suite ( Photoshop & Illustrator)
To have a system which I can upgrade later with minimum replacements.

Wat mag het systeem gaan kosten?

Zijn er componenten of randapparatuur die je al hebt en mee wil nemen naar je nieuwe systeem?

PS: I still have to add a keyboard and mouse.

Case size doesn't matter, medium with Mini Mobo would be okay as well.
I'm going to get everything from alternate.be, so any replacement has to be available at their store.

Zoals je het systeem nu hebt samengesteld zal het prima werken. Verder ook niet veel op aan te merken, en alles zit erbij wat je nodig hebt.

Er zijn echt te veel toetsenborden en muizen om op te noemen. Scroll een beetje door de pricewatch heen en kijk wat jou aanspreekt. Ga vervolgens in een fysieke winkel uitproberen wat jouw handen het fijnst vinden. In principe doet het natuurlijk allemaal hetzelfde.

Dit bord zou ook al voldoen: pricewatch: Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming
Een pricewatch: Kingston A2000 1TB geeft wat meer ruimte, zodat je alle belangrijke programma's erop kan zetten. (anders kan je alsnog beter deze als 500 gb pakken dan de p1).
pricewatch: be quiet! Pure Base 500 Zwart is stiller, maar zonder raam.
ps je scherm is freesync, niet g-sync. voor 50 euro extra pak je een 5600xt, die ook meteen een stuk sterker is.

Heeft geen USB C, is niet zo handig als TS de H510 houd

Als je dus wel de H510 wil behouden, en je front usb-c connector aan wil kunnen sluiten zou je voor de pricewatch: MSI B550-A PRO kunnen gaan. Dan heb je gelijk pci express 4 ondersteuning.

Het gekozen moederbord was te duur. Dus of je gaat goedkoper, of meteen voor het b550 msi-bord. B550 geeft ook weer voordelen voor toekomstige uitbreidingen.

Waarom de HDD. Heb je de ruimte echt nodig : neem dan meteen een grotere.
Heb je niet nodig : koop dan pas wanneer nodig.

A2000 zeker nemen.

@Quacka You're right. 500 are enough at the moment. If I needed to add an extra storage in the future, about 1tb, what's your recommendation?

You can add an extra SSD (B550-A pro has two slots): that would be my first idea. Maybe choose the 1 TB now instead of the 500GB.
An HDD makes a lot more noise (eh SSD makes no noise), but you can reduce that by switching off the HDD in Windows. Done that at my HTPC: it only makes sounds when I want to open files on it (but takes a few sec to startup )

SSD is ongeveer 10GB per euro. Dus voor 1TB neem je pricewatch: Kingston A2000 1TB
Als je 1,5 TB nodig hebt combineer je hem met de 500GB uit je lijstje.

Last question, is 2060 something to consider instead 1660s for 1080p 100+FPS? Or the difference in price not equivalent to performance?

The 2060 is better, especially since it can use raytracking.
However, it is too expensive for the benefit, since not a lot of games benefite from raytracking .
As i said, a 5600xt would be a better choice, and it's a type that doesn't often come back with driver issues (like the 5700xt did half a year ago).

Het probleem met de 5700XT was ook vooral hardware: De koeling was in het begin niet goed gemonteerd, wat ervoor zorgde dat de kaart te heet werd en natuurlijk crashte.
Er waren mensen die de koeling beter aan de kaart monteerden en zo het probleem hebben opgelost.
Inmiddels zijn die kinderziektes er wel uit.

1660 super: is doing great, better than I expected for this price.
PUBG: ULTRA settings 100FPS

Asus TUF Gaming VG249Q: I didn't notice any screen tearing even though the monitor is not g-sync and the v-sync is off in game setting. Pixels are quite noticeable in text (windows usage), still sharp and nice in gameplay.

I noticed that the CPU's temperature goes sometimes up to mid 80's - not overclocked- which I think is still fine. But I will probably change the cooler and add one extra fan on the front side.

NZXT H510: super easy in use and handy for cable management.

Ik raad als cpu cooler de cooler master 212 aan. Waarschijnlijk ga je dan naar 40 a 50 graden. Have fun!
