[Huawei B618s-22d] (Evenwifi) in bridge i.c.m. Ubiquiti USG

Omdat ik op tweakers niet gelijk mijn antwoord vond heb ik elders gezocht en eindelijk gevonden. De Huawei B618s-22d, draait nu in bridgemode, met mijn Evenwifi abonnement.

Firmware moest ik flashen, anders geen bridgemode beschikbaar:

Verder deze stappen doorlopen

1) Reset the Huawei B618s via the hardware PIN

2) Follow the "Quick-configuration" and assign a new admin-password in the B618s

3) Activate the bridge mode

4) Connect the WAN port of the USG with the LAN1 port on the B618s (do not connect it to the LAN2/WAN port un the B618s, this does not work)

5) Configure the USG's WAN interface to obtain an IP via DHCP. If necessary, reboot the USG

6) Once the USG has a WAN IP, go back to the B618s and deactivate WiFi and firewall.


Helpful commands on the USG (SSH into it):

-- show interfaces (displays all interfaces)

-- show ip route (routing info)

-- show dhcp client leases (displays DHCP lease info)

-- renew dhcp interface eth0 (renew die lease)
