Greetings computer people! As the title states, I am having several concerns about my first PC build, as I am very inexperienced when it comes to PC parts and I only got into it a few days ago. I'm going to attach a screenshot of the PC build and I'd be glad if you could help me out
Keep in mind that I am going to be using this PC mostly for gaming, but considering that I am a Game Design student I will probably be doing some 3D rendering and such... Also, my budget is around 1500-1600 euros (with the case and 144Hz monitor)
So this is the first look of the PC:

I think that it looks okay overall, I got some feedback from friends and they said that it's okay, but it could use some improvements, such as replacing the video card with a stronger one and lowering the CPU power. I made a list of potential replacement parts as well:

So my idea was to either change the motherboard, because I got the advice that motherboards and GPUs work better if they are under the same manufacturer, or to change the video card and the processor. I generally want a system that would last me long while, as I don't have the money to invest in upgrades and such (at least in the next several years I don't plan on upgrading/replacing parts).
I would be very grateful if you could help me out
Thanks in advance and I hope that you have a nice day!
P.S. I would also be glad if you could give me an idea for what casing I should get for the PC (not too expensive of course)
