Outlook vraagt steeds om wachtwoord

Outlook van enkele clients op netwerk vraagt regelmatig om wachtwoord in te geven. Het is in een office 365 omgeving.


Het gaat over Outlook 2016.

In eerste instantie laptop laten herstarten, daarna rondgezocht op google, maar de oplossingen die we vinden werken voorlopig niet.

Is er iemand bekend met dit probleem? En hoe valt dit op te lossen?
Mijn dank zou groot zijn.

Enige tijd geleden ook al eens tegengekomen, niet zeker waarom.
Toen heb ik gewoon de username & password verwijderd bij:

"Windows Settings" >> "Control Panel" >> "User Accounts" >> "Credential Manager" >> "Windows Credentials" >> "Generic Credentials"

Daarna Outlook opnieuw opstarten, dan vroeg hij nogmaals de credentials; invoeren en "Remember" aanduiden. En toen kwam het niet meer terug.

Het is nog niet opgelost. Juist meer mensen met problemen.

Net ingelogd op het Office 365 portaal en zie de volgende melding bij Servicestatus staan:

Root cause: A recent update to the Exchange Online service contains a code issue that is causing repeated credential prompts for basic authentication users.

bij deze de oplossing. 2 register sleutels toevoegen en account opnieuw toevoegen en hij doet het weer

Even ter bevestiging: zelfde probleem, en de EnableADAL key heeft het opgelost, zonder account opnieuw toevoegen of wat dan ook. Gewoon Outlook sluiten, regedit doen, Outlook terug starten.

Had het issue ook. Daarop account weggegooid en daarna weer opnieuw aangemaakt en issue opgelost
