Fukong sold Jagex to MacArthur. MacArthur bought it through one of their "funds." That fund is called Platinum Fortune. Platinum Fortune was founded by Fukong Interactive.

Edit: Questions that no one else brought up that I have regarding this sale. Why would anyone repay the full value of an asset just to keep it? So where is the money coming from or was there any money to pay the debts at all? Also should cast doubts on the valuation of Jagex.
