logitech mouse keybindings stopped working after case swap

hi guys,

i recently swapped my pc case (it was ahrd task) but after my g hub didnt recognized my mouse so i reinstalled it and it popped up but now only my keybindings arent working . the default keybindingds (such as dpi change) do work. i dont know whats going on, but when i look at the device menu in my windows settings it show that the logitech_LGVirHid01 and logitech_LGVirHid02 dont have available drivers. i reinstalled the software 10000 times and still no luck. so if anyone has a answer to this... thanks in advance!
