[Windows 10] Zeer hoog contrast op TV scherm.

Zojuist heb ik mijn tv aangesloten via HDMI.
Dit werkt allemaal goed alleen is het contrast ver te zoeken.
Via alle andere inputs is deze wel in orde.

Nu is deze afwijking dusdanig dat dit niet op te lossen is met kleur instellingen.
heeft iemand dit ook aan de hand gehad, of een goede link naar een oplossing?

Als ik dit ga googlen kom ik op standaard contrast aanpassingen etc.

Relevante software en hardware die ik gebruik
AMD RX580
LF 47LA6208-ZA

Wat ik al gevonden of geprobeerd heb

• Resolutie aangepast.
• Refresh rate aangepast
• Kleur aanpassing (RGB, YGB)
• In windows de kleur aangepast

Het is echter dusdanig off dat bovenstaande oplossingen niet haalbaar zijn.
het lijkt er dus op dat er iets niet goed ingesteld staat wat ik mis, iemand een idee?

Ik heb dit in windows geplaatst omdat dit op andere inputs wel goed werkt.
Mocht dit toch in tv's moeten, mag dit altijd.

Ah, ik zie nu dat hij niet op RGB wil blijven staan in de amd settings!

Verklaard denk ik ook waarom het net niet werkte.

@dennisdennis12 na wat stoeien heb ik het op RGB limited gekregen. Hier ook de andere opties geprobeerd. Geen van alles ziet er super uit.

Limited is Video Levels, Full is PC levels. Is het niet zo dat HDMI van een PC naar een TV sowieso alleen Limited doorgeeft?

Hier is een wat oudere RGB: full vs. Limited post van een expert waarin een 'washed out image'' als brightness (helderheid) setting gerelateerd wordt gezien.

A: No. Most video games are designed using the Full RGB spectrum since they are designed on computers which use that. However, when you are playing a Full RGB game and your video game console is set to Limited, it takes this into account. The video levels are shifted from 0-255 down to 16-235 and the gamma
curve is adjusted to match a TV as well. You aren’t losing anything as the system is accounting for this.

Q: My TV supports Full mode, shouldn’t I use this?

A: No. TVs support Full to make them easier to calibrate. Most TVs will not display a black level below 16 because video content should never have it. By letting you see Black 15 or 14, it can make it easier to calibrate the display and get the black level correct. However, you really should not use this as your main setting as most displays are not designed to display levels below 16, and often introduce color tints when doing white levels past 240 or so. Additionally, if you restrict yourself to levels 16-235 you wind up with a brighter image with a better contrast ratio, as you can turn up the contrast level higher. Contrast Ratio is the thing your eye notices most, and so it will produce a more pleasing image.

Also, since any non-video game content will only use 16-235, these picture settings will work for all inputs and sources, not just a single source.
