Mijn vraag

Ik heb een oude computer staan met een retail licentie. ik heb deze gedeactiveerd
Ik heb laatst een nieuwe computer gebouwd en wil daarop deze licentie gebruiken.
nu krijg ik de foutcode, 0x803FA067
wat moet ik doen?

Als ik google op die foutmelding is het vaak een probleem van pro vs home versie van Windows 10.
Was de oude pc wel gekocht met win 10 of met win 7 en daarna upgegraded?

Dan heb je geen retail licentie voor Windows 10. Je kan proberen Windows 7 op de nieuwe computer te installeren met die installatie en ook een in place upgrade, dat zou nu nog moeten werken.

Windows 10 accepteert nog steeds Windows 7/8 keys

Als je een upgrade doet van Windows 7 naar Windows 10 dan krijg je Windows 10
een generic licentie code die meestal eindigt op 3V66T of 6F4BT.
Je oude pc is dus na de upgrade geactiveerd met een van deze generice licentie

Heb je de oude Windows 7/8 licentie (niet de generice) kan met deze je proberen te activeren.
Lukt dat niet dan heb je een nieuwe licentie nodig.l

Update : ik heb mijn windows 8 licentie code gevonden, heb die ingevuld en het werkt
