Ik ben nogal nieuw op de Mac.......

Wanneer ik een programma download, b.v. Netscape, en ik wil het gaan installeren, dan krijg ik de volgende mededeling: "Het document...... kan niet worden geopend, omdat het programma waarmee het is aangemaakt onvindbaar is.

Er is geen conversie-extensie met de juiste conversiemodeules gevonden"


HuuH? Met ik een soort Mac WinZip hebben ofzo?

Wie helpt mij.
