laptop valt uit tijdens update

ik probeer mijn laptop naar windows 1903 te updaten en ik kan de update downloaden en installeren maar als ik hem dan opnieuw moet opstarten staat er dat hij verschillende keren opnieuw wordt opgestart en bij 30 procent start hij opnieuw op maar een beetje later blijft hij lang wachten bij 48 procent en dan valt hij gewoon uit en als ik hem dan terug opstart staat er wijzigingen aan windows ongedaan maken. Ik heb het al geprobeerd via windows update center en ook via de windows update assistent en altijd hetzelfde probleem, al 7 keer geprobeerd. de foutcode is 0xc1900101.

Ik heb al medewerkers van microsoft gecontacteerd maar zij hebben ook geen oplossing, ik heb ook al oplossingen van websites en video's geprobeerd maar nog steeds hetzelfde probleem.

jep, bij de compatibiliteitscheck staat er bij alles ok, ik heb ook nog 700gb over. Probleemoplosser voor windows updates heb ik inderdaad ook al geprobeerd maar werkt niet

Voor de 1903update eerst de gewone updates doen wil ook wel eens helpen.

voor de eerste keer dat ik de update deed heb ik alle updates geïnstalleerd maar een medewerker van microsoft heeft deze allemaal terug verwijderd omdat hij dacht dat het zou werken.

MCT, ik weet niet wat dit is, ik installeer de updates gewoon via de instellingen van windows maar de 1903 update heb ik ook via de windows update assistent.

Ik denk als je heel lief bent
Al meerdere keren support van MS gekregen zonder daar expliciet rechtop te hebben.
Zijn gewoon vriendelijke support medewerkers..

Heb laatst iets vergelijkbaars gehad. Bleef ook hangen bij het updaten van 1809 naar 1903. Een nieuwe installatie deed het wel, dus met een USB stick een schone Windows 1903 installeren. Let dan wel op dat je je bestanden back-upt en je geïnstalleerde programma's verloren gaan.
