Hi,
i have a big problem with my pc.
Everytime when im gaming my cpu starts to throttle every 10 seconds or so.... it drops from 4.0 GHZ to 1.23 GHZ..
i dont know what to do anymore.. i tried replacing ram tried replacing videocard tried clean install of windows cmos reset but nothing seems to help.. ive read somewhere that it could be that my VRM's are overheating or something like that...
I dont have any ideas left please if you can help me..

Motherboard: asrock 960gm-vgs3 FX
CPU: Amd FX 8350 Eight Core
Videocard: MSI GTX 1050TI
1 TB Hard drive
120 GB Hard drive
