blloc zero18 stuck in fastboot after update

I recently got my new "blloc zero18" and after I recieved it they advised me to update it, so I did.
During the update something went wrong and now the phone is stuck in fastboot.

When entering recovery mode and doing a factory reset does not work.

Using a ADB to reboot the device is also not possible since usb debugging cannot be enabled in the device itself.

Does anyone have any options for me? I have no idea how to continue.

PS: Phone came with superuser already installed/active, when the phone is stuck and I turn it off, it automatically turns itself on again. But it stays off when I power it off via the recovery room.
