Fortnite account ps4 probleem

Mijn zoon speelt fortnite. Nu krijgt hij op zijn ps4 steeds wanneer hij wil inloggen de melding “ already associated with a different account” . Hij weet alleen niet welk account dit dan moet zijn? Hij weet daar dus ook geen gebruikers naam of wachtwoord van. Iemand een idee hoe ik hem kan helpen?

Het is gelukt!

Go to the Epic Games website and in the top right corner, click on the white log in emblem.
- Once there, you will see a page which says 'Your community awaits', here make sure to click on PlayStation and then enter your PlayStation account credentials.
- After that , you will be taken to a new page which says 'Almost done!' and here you will need to register. Here it is important to enter a *different* e-mail address than that account of which your son already owns (as you are creating a new Epic Games account at this point to link it to the nameless account).
- Once you have done this, log into your newly created Epic Games account, and on the account page, you will see an option 'Connected accounts', and under PlayStation you will see an option to disconnect, click it.

- Now that you have disconnected your account from the account that you do not wish to play on (this newly created one), you should log into your primary Epic Games account (The one based on the information that you have provided me).
- Once logged in, locate the 'Connected accounts' option again and simply click connect under the PlayStation option, this way all the progress will be back like it was!
