So yesterday I came with the idea to start streaming Call of Duty Black Ops 4: Blackout. Some of my friends stream and they helped me through getting everything well setup.
When I started my stream and went ingame I noticed the huge framerate stuttering/lag and I didn't know any way of fixing it and couldn't find one either. To get more into the problem my FPS dropped by 10-20 FPS off of my normal FPS (normally I play with around 90-130 depending on where I am ingame) which is normal when you're streaming. Though showing around 80-110 fps on the top left corner, it felt like 30-40. Also i'm using a 144hz monitor.
Luckily a friend of mine told me that the problem may occured due to using "Displaycapture" instead of "Gamecapture". When I changed it I noticed that the FPS was still the same, but now it actually felt like 80-110 FPS! So I streamed happily for around 15 minutes with my normal FPS again.
After those 15 minutes I suddenly got the problem again, though showcasing my FPS from 80 to around 110 it feels like 30. When I close OBS and stop the stream it instantly goes back to normal.
I checked if it was my CPU that was getting bottlenecked but it's running around 70-80% while streaming and having OBS open.
Anyone have any experience with this problem and may know the answer?
