Desktop for older games

Hi guys,

I want to have a dekstop for games like Civilization V, Cities skylines, Sims, ETS2, Arma. They are all strategy or simulation games. A friend and i already put something together and we are now wondering if there could be made some improvements. My budget is around 500€.
