Wat wil je doen met je nieuwe systeem?
I want to use the system mostly to work with machine learning / deep learning, and some gaming. Because of this I need an NVIDIA card and a lot of ram. Instead of buying a more powerful card now, I prefer the possibility to add another one or two in sli later. I really need good monitors to work on, so good quality for comfort of my eyes but no need for extreme precision in games. I will also need a good wireless card, because I don't have access to Ethernet in my room.

Wat mag het systeem gaan kosten?
I would say 2500 including everything, but I the closer I stay to 2000, the better.

Zijn er componenten of randapparatuur die je al hebt en mee wil nemen naar je nieuwe systeem?
Only mouse and keyboard.

Wat denk je allemaal nodig te hebben?
I would prefer to have the possibility to do a 2 or 3 way sli in the future. I also prefer the build to be quiet, and I may do a raid on the HDs, but I am not really sure yet.

Heb je nog bepaalde (merk)voorkeuren?
I need NVIDIA card for this, and I prefer Intel for the processor. For the rest I am open to options.

Heb je nog bepaalde eisen/wensen?
Case not too big, and sturdy (no glass). I want that it doesn't get destroyed if I have to move (yeah I know I will have to disassemble the components anyway)

Ga je overklokken?
No, but if the processor k is only 25 euros more, I like to have the opportunity open.

Wat verwacht je van ons?
I made already a build, I would like to know if you think there are some obvious incompatibilities in the pieces I have choosen and if there is some components I could choose better, while not increasing the price too much.

PCPartPicker is fine, but the PriceWatch allows you to see the prices in Dutch/Belgium webshops.
Is the machine learning GPU only? Does it benefit from HyperThreading?
A 1060 6GB is not enough for 1440p60 gaming on high for most games.
Does your learning include lots of floating point ops? A non-gaming card might be better then.
Don't get a Z370 mobo if you're not overclocking, unless it has specific features you want. I think there might be B360 mobos with SLI.
Do you have RAM yet? Is 16GB enough?

Thank you for the reply! Let me answer one by one.

I used pc part picker just to save the build, but I found most components at Megekko with a good price so I was thinking for simplicity to just get most stuff from there.
The computations would be run mostly on the GPU, but the HyperThreading is good to have.
Gaming card is good for what I have to do, there is a paper from Google itself that shows they are the best choice.
How much would I save with a B360 card? Considering the possibility I may do some light overclock, would that card be a good option?
Somehow I forgot to show the memory, but it was already accounted for in the total price. I am going to get two 16gb modules, so that I could expand to 64 later.

@Hackus So what about Corsair RM550x? I think I will upgrade the power adapter in case I decide to make a sli, in a year or so

I think you should buy a PSU that's suitable for SLI right now, instead of upgrading it in only one year. A PSU should last longer than that.
Note that B360 is a chipset, which corresponds to a motherboard (mobo). A B360 motherboard cannot overclock, a Z370 can. Given that you picked a non-K CPU, you cannot overclock. That's why I do not recommend a Z370 motherboard (unless it has specific features).
If you do want to overclock (the CPU), you need a K CPU (i5-8600K or i7-8700K) and a Z370 motherboard.
You can also overclock the GPU, but this is another story.
The i7 has HyperThreading, the i5 doesn't.
