[WSUS] Servers checken niet in - Serversoftware en clouddiensten

Bij een klant hebben ze zelf onlangs wsus geïnstalleerd echter werkt dit niet naar behoren.
binnen de gpo van wsus maken we gebruik van "Target group name" in dit geval "Servers".
Nu hebben we het probleem dat er acht server wel in komen en de rest niet.

Binnen de AD staan deze onder de zelfde OU en in gpo zie je ook dat ze er bij staan onder "Inherintace"
GPO is enforced en enabled natuurlijk.

Op een server die er niet bij komt wordt de gpo toegepast, gecontroleerd door middel van gpresult.
Tevens staan de WSUS reg keys in het register en ook de groep naam servers.

in de Windows update log in de %windir% staat staan ook netjes de wsus server gegevens zo als ze moeten zijn. Ook heb ik hem opnieuw geprobeerd te laten registreren door middel van het wuauclt command.

Op zowel de wsus server als de niet werkende server heb ik de firewall uit staan, just to be sure.
Beide servers meerdere malen herstart..

En binnen WSUS staat natuurlijk de optie "Use group policy or registry settings on computer" aan.
Tevens heb ik ook 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 en 2016 als producten aangevinkt.

In het onderstaande zal ik de windows update log plaatsen van de niet werkende server.
Hierbij herstart ik de service en voer ik het wsus registreer command uit.

zojuist dit uitgevoerd, echter bestonden deze reg keys niet en zie ik dat dit alleen voor 2008 R2 is.

Dit werkt op alle Windows Servers atm. De maker van het script heeft het alleen zelf verified op bepaalde versies. Goed lezen.
