Ik heb geprobeerd mijn account te verwijderen waar enkel 2 gratis games in stonden.
Er word een wereld aan gegevens gevraagd voor een simpele verwijdering onder het mom van 'guidelines'.
Recently you requested to delete your Epic Games account. For security reasons, we need to verify some details before deleting your account. Please provide the following information WITHIN THE NEXT 5 DAYS:
Your public IP address (IPv4)
You can find this by searching "What is my IP address" in your internet browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc).
Note that you have to turn off all VPN and traffic acceleration services before searching for your IP address.
If you use multiple connections or devices, please include all their IP addresses.
The original Display name of your Epic account
The names of any PlayStation, Switch, Twitch, Xbox, or any other external accounts connected in the past and present to your Epic Games account
Locations (city and country/state) where you made purchases on the account
The last 4 digits of the first payment card used in the Epic account
The invoice ID or Transactions number from your Epic Games purchase or mobile/console receipts for purchases made in-game.
The Invoice ID is located at the top of your Epic Games receipt and begins with an "A," followed by 8 or 9 digits; example: A12345678.
The Transaction number can be found in your emailed Xsolla receipt.
A screenshot of your oldest available receipt for this Epic Games account. This can be also a screenshot of your oldest in-game purchase made on your console/mobile. If you have trouble finding your console receipt, refer to the corresponding link:

Xbox - How to check order history
Nintendo - How to view Nintendo Eshop history
iOS - How to check transaction's history
If you don’t provide us with the requested information within the next 5 days and we can’t verify you created this Epic Games account, we will not be able to delete it.

For whatever reason do you think you can ask for more details.
I've logged in with the e-mail adres you contacted me on. This means I have acces to this adres and therefore are the owner of the account which I seek to be deleted.
There have been not monetairy transactions. And i am most certainly not obliged to give you more details.
You can not under EU-legislation demand such thresholds for account deleting.
This account has been created in the passed, HOW in earth do you think you can ask for information to ascertain the account has been created. If it was not created it could of need been requested to be deleted.
I rely on your swift service to delete the account.

Hello Morres! I'm Kaeca from the Epic-team and I am glad to take this case.
I familiarized myself with the account in question and your request and I can completely understand your frustration, but part of our security rules is the verification of the account- every time when a big account change is requested. Deleting an account is one of the biggest "change", so to speak, and is irreversible, so we must be 100% sure, that you agree with that and that you are the creator of the account. I should let you know, that we must receive all of the provided information in order to be allowed to continue further with the procedure. Such are our guidelines and I'm obliged to follow them-I hope you'll understand and that you will be able to provide it here.
