Windows 10 kan geen externe software installeren

Hoe kan ik op windows 10 versie 1709 software installeren zonder gebruik te maken van de windows app store.
In Apps en features krijg ik niet de optie om te kiezen voor Allow apps from anywhere.

Je duwt op het installatie bestand meestal een .exe , of wat is het probleem, wat wil je installeren ?

In dat geval kun je een upgrade uitvoeren naar Windows 10 Pro.
