Does the "Corsair AX1500i -1500W have a Stabilizer" or not?

I'm wondering if any of you wizards out here could tell me if that Power adapter "Corsair AX1500i - 1500W" (although i believe it's currently discontinued) is equipped with an integrated voltage stabilizer?
