I've installed 4 different re-remanufactured cartridges and 1 authentic Samsung toner cartridge and am still getting an "install toner" message when I'm installing a new toner cartridge?? Any ideas?
re-remanufactured cartridges as in pirate toner? try reset the printer to factory defaults and restart it with the new cartridges in, might help. If it still can't, you should replace the toner cartridge. I use the EBY's toner cartridge, I didn't appear this situation.
