Ik ben nieuw op dit forum, en niet zo bekend met computers. ik heb het volgende probleem:
Sinds begin juli heb ik problemen met mijn computer.
Tijdens het werken op mn PC (gamen of word of outlook) loopt mijn scherm vast en valt mn computer uit. Waarna hij weer opstart. De computer laat een blauw scherm zien met
voordat hij opnieuw opstart)
Letop: het gebeurt dus ad random. Eerst dacht ik dat het bij een specifieke game was (warthunder), maar dat is dus niet zo.
Wat heb ik al gedaan:
- Alle drivers een update gegeven
- Windows 10 hersteld
- Muis vervangen
- virus scanner laten controleren
- Harde schijf en intern geheugen windows test gecontroleerd met software o.a. aida64
Hebben jullie suggesties?
