Gezocht: Smartwatch

Hey there,

I’ve been looking for a smartwatch for a couple of days now. I’m looking for a smartwatch within the pricerange of max 400 euro. I really like the GPS function so I came across two smartwatches I’m interested in.

1) Samsung Gear S3
2) Huawei Watch 2

Firstly, I don’t have a Samsung phone, so getting the Gear S3 seems odd, because I might not be able to use all features ( I have a oneplus 2 ( android)).
Secondly the Huawei 2 seems very similar tot he Gear 3, but out of some tests the Gear S3 seems better.
Since I don’t know which of the 2 I should get I’d like your advise.

PS. If you know any smartwatch I looked over by accident feel free to tell me I’ll have a look at it.

I have the Gear S3 in combination with Galaxy S7.

The Gear S3 uses the Samsung Gear app that can be installed on any Android system I guess. So this should be the same.
One of the things I use most though is the Samsung Health functionality. I'm not quite sure how this works in combination with a oneplus 2.

All in all I'm very happy with the Gear S3, it really provides the things I want from it.
Battery life is fine too. In about 16 hours it loses 13-15% charge with the way I use it.

The Gear S3 can be used on any Android smartphone and I believe it will have the same function on every device.
