Ram geheugen uitbreiden, maar verschillende typenummers

Mijn vraag
Graag wil ik mijn ram uitbreiden naar 8GB. Ik heb het een en ander opgezocht en volgens mij hoort het andere typenummer gewoon te werken: PC3L, 12800 en hetzelfde CAS nummer en draait op 1,35V

Relevante software en hardware die ik gebruik
HP Probook 430 G2

Samsung M471B5173QHO-YKO.
1Rx8 PC3L 12800S- 11- 13 -B4

Wat ik al gevonden of geprobeerd heb
Ik heb een module geprobeerd met een ander typenummer: Samsung M4715173BH0-YK0
1Rx8 PC3L-12800S-11-11-B2. Deze was helaas defect. Nu kan ik aan nog zo'n module komen voor een leuk prijsje. Deze module zou toch gewoon moeten werken? En dan zou hij de iets lagere snelheid van het kaartje wat ik erbij steek over moeten nemen?

"Brand does not really make a difference. Speed and capacity makes more of a difference. Most people recommend using sticks of the same speed and capacity across all ram slots for maximum performance, but this does not mean that rams sticks of different speeds and capacity will not work if installed together."

"Yes they will, but there will be some speed loss. The crucial stick is 1333 speed and the Corsair is 1600. Just like a chain that is only as strong as it's weakest link, a computer is only as fast as it's weakest component. You can put the 1600 in along side the 1333, but the 1600 will be slowed down to 1333, so you will be getting extra ram, but not more speed."
